Customized Zinc Alloys

With hardness of HB140, MD15 is a high strength zinc alloy which is 70% harder than standard zinc alloys. MD15 significantly improves durability, service life and reliability of components, especially for applications with aggressively high impact, wear and abrasion exposure.

Applications

Automotive components, industrial parts, sewing machine parts and gears, etc.
